Meet the official Culinary Ambassador of the Bronx and New York Emmy Award Winner; Baron Ambrosia. In self-written series such as Underbelly, Bronx Flavor, and Culinary Adventures, he channels his mischievous spirit to showcase mom & pop ethnic eateries. Off-screen he is an active defender of the community who can be found choke slamming abusive husbands in the street, saving cats from trees, and quelling cultural tensions throughout the borough. New products from his company Fornal Labs include edible meat candles, birch sap wine, black light bubble bath, and taxidermy tobacco pipes.
Baron is currently working on a cookbook/memoir entitled ‘How to Eat a Porcupine Raw’, and is a proud member of both the Explorers Club and the Universal Zulu Nation.
